Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible for managing the Cash Agad business, which includes the planning, development, implementation of products and services that will be rolled out through partner agents that will help overall sales and revenues and ensure market lead in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development Solutions Head to create and update product manuals of all products and services pertaining to the Cash Agad aspect of the business.
- Active coordination with various units and stakeholders to ensure project completion and excellent execution of the new products and services.
- Develop products and services that are compliant to internal and external regulatory policies
Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelorās degree holder.
- At least 5 years experience in a financial industry with background on product development with exposure to rural markets.
- Willing to work on site and be assigned in Ortigas.
