Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a data-savvy and driven individual to join our eCommerce Team as an eCommerce Business Analyst. In this role, you’ll leverage data and analytics to guide decision-making and drive growth, contributing directly to our eCommerce strategy.

Your Mission:

  • Data Infrastructure Master:Ā Streamline and manage our data from multiple sources to build a robust data infrastructure.
  • Insight Generator:Ā Derive actionable insights from various data sources to fuel our eCommerceĀ strategy and create a competitive edge.
  • Reporting Expert: Develop an integrated reporting ecosystem with business tools and dashboards to meet the analytics needs of the eCommerceEcomm team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Revolutionize Data Management:Ā Clean and set up data infrastructure for all commercial and media data, ensuring seamless integration from platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Meta, and Google.
  • Visualization Guru:Ā Create visualizations and reports that translate complex data into easily understandable metrics and insights.
  • Commercial Strategist:Ā Provide data-driven eCommerce recommendations that improve our bottom line and drive top-line growth through key performance metrics like GMV, traffic, and buyer analysis.

Who Youā€™ll Work With:

  • Internal Teams:Ā Collaborate with the eCommerce Team (Business Development, Category Development, Performance Marketing) and cross-functional counterparts (Retail Marketing, Integrated Brand Experience, Customer Service & Logistics, Finance).
  • External Partners:Ā Engage with distributors, media agency partners, and retailers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop) to align strategies and analytics.

What You’ll Need:

  • Education:Ā Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Statistics background is a plus).
  • Experience:Ā 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, with a knack for data analytics and database management.

Skills:

  • Self-starter with high ownership and independence.
  • Excellent project organization and management abilities.
  • Strong oral and written communication.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for learning and growth.

Tech and Analytical Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools like SAP DMS, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker Studio, Domo, R, and Python.
  • Expertise in Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
  • Data visualization prowess.

Leadership and Teamwork:

  • Consumer/Customer Focused:Ā Always keeping the end-user in mind.
  • Collaborator: Encouraging teamwork and the sharing of ideas for better outcomes.
