Job Description:

Job Overview: 

Participates in the formulation, execution, and monitoring of the marketing plan for the brand and/or area with the end view of realizing short and medium term optimum business growth. Assists in the overall management of the product, advertising, promotions, and selling, and general administration of the product. 

Working Setup: Work from home/Monday to Friday

Available Headcount:1 in Luzon and 1 in Vismin

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Communications or related field.
  • With solid experience in brand management, product marketing, preferably in branded consumer goods
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. 
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving key performance indicators, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Genuine passion for brand building and product innovation, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Amenable to work in any of the following areas as advised by the Senior Marketing Manager; Baguio Province, Cebu, and Cagayan De Oro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives, target audience insights, and market trends.
  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition and unique selling points of our products.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility and product adoption.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for various marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and cohesion in brand and product messaging.
  • Brand Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
