Job Description

Reports to the Customer Analytics Manager. Should be able to harness and have expert skills on data analytics and insighting, learn the business unit being supported, learn new technologies and approaches to the initiatives of the team and should be cooperative, participative and collaborative in group discussions in presenting results of the studies. 

Data Analyst for Globe Rewards and Loans (FVT) 

Ensure the production of quality reports, accuracy and actionability of holistic customer-centric insights


  • Define Squad data requirements and support Squad Lead to drive delivery
  • Liaises with external teams to identify and extract data required for generating campaign and/or rewards and/or loans insights
  • Creates whitelists and other data-driven requests to support squad’s deliverables, if necessary


  • Define Squad Dashboard & reporting requirements 
  • Regular maintenance and delivery of simple to moderate complexity Dashboard & Report modifications, endorse High complexity to Squad lead
  • Squad SPOC for KPI standardization – in collaboration with Squad lead & CDA Data Build Team
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of squad dashboards & report
  • Lift accuracy of forecasting models / outlook of squad KPIs


  • Collaborate with the squad lead in defining the right business questions, answerable by data & insights
  • Develop the squad’s insighting framework (data requirements covering internal, external, qualitative and quantitative, methodology / approach, target date) to answer the pertinent business questions.
  • Creates and continuously updates robust portraits of squad-level target consumer segments based on insights, behaviors and sentiments (ex. MDS Lapser Profile, Loans Taker Profile, Rewards Redeemer Profile)
  • Assist campaign designer and business analyst in testing campaign hypotheses
  • Assist campaign designer and business analyst with output of statistical models and its usage
  • Provide squad level insights covering Customer profiling, Campaign post mortems, Portfolio deep dives, CTR computations, app engagement


  • Drive and Define Squad-specific  Modeling Requirements
  • Deliver models if squad has capability / capacity, endorse to Train lead model requirements that are beyond the squad’s capability & capacity
  • Deliver squad modeling needs (ie. rewards segmentation, price elasticity); Collaborate with CDA (w/ FVT MS) on higher level models such as Prescriptive Analytics / Rewards Recommender System / AI and maintenance/monitoring of existing rewards models
