Job Description

Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Ensures projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. Acts as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. 

Project and impact delivery 

  • Support key initiatives for CM and OD based on top-down imperatives to drive value for the business 
  • Navigate organization and mobilize HR resources to deliver strategy/standards for key initiatives
  • Assist selection of key strategic partners/vendors to drive impact and benefits realization
  • Work with HR and leaders on select BU projects to deliver required CM and OD support
  • Ensures engagements with external consultants are carried out as planned, and evaluates their effectiveness towards the achievement of defined goals

Knowledge building and sharing  ​

  • Provide input for hypotheses development on CM and OD-related concerns
  • Build, buy, maintain, and own the latest knowledge related to CM and OD
  • Develop/buy standardized, high-quality innovative products/tools/other technology to enable HR and leaders when it comes to CM and OD
  • Disseminate best practices to key stakeholders as needed 
  • Keep track of latest trends and share potential implications to business​

Rigorous data analyses and insighting ​

  • Analyze trends and data to identify actionable people insights specific to function; ensure ALL people decisions in function are based on data
  • Leads the integrated assessment of the overall effectiveness and impact of COE interventions vis-a-vis strategic HR/ Business objectives
  • Manage the Role Evaluation Process (from evaluation to creation/updating of Job Profiles)
