Senior Manager HR


The Senior HR Manager builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business. He/She provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business’ HR plans. Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement and labor relations.


  • Responsible for employee relations at operational and strategic levels, with the purpose of facilitating an organizational culture of high performance, integrity and employee participation
  • Ensures compliance to government rules related to human resources
  • Provides the necessary assistance in labor/employment issues and concerns
  • Designs innovative methods to measure and analyze level of employee satisfaction
  • Driver of employee change and engagement initiatives towards employee retention
  • Manages and reviews all HR communication material (such as announcement, policies) to ensure consistency, clarity and effective branding of employee services
  • Tracks metrics on employee development and promotion, attrition and satisfaction


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably graduates of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in General HR of which 5 years in a Senior or Managerial capacity is required
  • Experience in handling large scale BPO companies with thousands of employees is a plus/preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent individual work orientation
  • Good decision making skills
  • Strong background and knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work on flexible shift including graveyard schedule
  • MA in Industrial Psychology or related discipline is an advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Davao City
  • Amenable to work onsite
