Lead Generation Specialist

Overview

TheĀ Lead Generator/Outbound SpecialistĀ is responsible for communication to current and previous customers to enhance their experience and services whileĀ consistently practicing the company core values.

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Engaging with customers through high volume outgoing calls/texts/emails to customers with a positive attitude, a smile in your voice and a “yes, I can” mentality to help the customer.Ā 
  • Following up on previous customers to offer current promos for heating, cooling, plumbing, duct cleaning, drain cleaning and electrical.
  • Offering and selling our membership plans to customers not on our plan.Ā 
  • Conduct a combination of roughly 50 calls and texts per hour with a 10% conversion rate.
  • Assisting customers in scheduling service, promoting preventative maintenance programs, and answering any questions about our services.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, as well as actions taken.Ā 
  • Utilizing basic software with a keen eye for detail.Ā Ā 
  • Delivering various communications to homeowners as needed.Ā 
  • Assisting the Profit Center team as necessary pending seasonality, business demands, and the like.Ā Ā 
  • Performing other tasks related to the position as assigned.Ā

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Required Skills:

  • Must possess a SELLING mindset.Ā 
  • Must be at least 18 years old.Ā 

Preferred Skills:

  • At least a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.Ā 
  • Positive attitude and high energy with a passion for educating customers.Ā 
  • Accurate and detail oriented.Ā 
  • Willingness to learn.Ā 
  • Willing and able to work onĀ Night shiftĀ atĀ Shaw, Mandaluyong City
