Account and Stakeholder Management

  • Handle account management of large-scale, high client-visibility accounts
  • Attend to regular client interface presentations and discussions
  • Demonstrates the ability to establish rapport with high-level leaders and with clients
  • Reviews contractual obligations of recruiting and implements this to the account handled
  • Demonstrates independent decision-making on all recruiting-related facets with senior stakeholders, such as staffing, profiling, retention etc.
  • Exhibits subject matter expertise on volume recruiting and is familiar with the recruiting trends in the BPO market
  • Conducts a root-cause analysis and the capacity to provide a recruitment solution
  • Conducts a risk-mitigation and the capacity to design a recruiting strategy
  • Independently launch new logos, covering end-to-end design to implementation

Hiring Delivery

  • Leads the strategic aspect of ramp delivery that will meet the client’s demands
  • Lead & manage the recruiting managers on account-management related initiatives and tasks
  • Design and implement the appropriate measures of success of the team to drive consistent delivery & maintain success of the accounts supported
  • Measure and report team’s performance via set scorecard
  • Lead performance and disciplinary correction as needed

Leadership and Talent Development

  • Mentor direct reports to identify future recruiting account managers
  • Drive competency-development of the leaders and account POCs
  • Succession planning


  • Proven client and account management skill
  • Advance communication skills such as negotiation, conflict management & influencing
  • Subject matter expert in volume and BPO recruitment in various PH locations
  • Advance reporting & presentation skills
  • People-first mindset and proven success in succession planning
  • Analytical and logical deduction skills
  • Advance attention to details and process-orientation
  • Strategic-thinking competency
  • At least 10 yrs of recruiting experience
  • At least 5 yrs of senior recruiting leadership experience in the BPO industry
