Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to join our Recruiting team. The ideal candidate will lead and design the way ibex recruits and sources candidates, they will ensure the team is hitting all hiring targets and will work diligently to develop strategic Recruitment and Sourcing programs for the company.

Responsibilities

What are we looking for?

We need someone with prior experience in a Leadership role, that brings 5+ years of experience managing the overall Recruitment/Sourcing process ideally for a BPO or similar company. The right candidate will have proven experience in driving interest from potential employees through the recruitment process. Will partner with internal stakeholders to address any issues and determine solutions and influence a positive change.

• Develop, implement and maintain a quality candidate experience
• Design and implement recruitment strategies that will attract a well-rounded workforce
• Deliver a solid sourcing/recruitment process that will in return meet and exceed goals and metrics
• Solid experience in social media, research and market analysis
• Lead the Recruitment team through overall department performance
• Drive change and innovate others

Qualifications

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience at Management Level in Recruiting is required for this position in a Call Center environment
• Background in recruiting for multiple accounts with large scale manpower requirements on a weekly basis
• Strong reporting skills
• Excellent organizational and people skills
• Prior background in sourcing and marketing is highly desired
• Excellent communication skills
• Openness to extending work hours
• Significant experience in Sourcing and Branding
