Job description
- Cooperation with Procurement on supplier strategy: Understands the market needs on quality requirements and their deployment in the supply chain to support supplier selection
- Provides QM specification to contracts
- Operational SQM: Driving the quality and reliability performance of suppliers and related commodity to meet Infineon’s expectation
- Sets up incoming inspection and manages changes, deviations and complaints Initiates and leads continuous improvement at suppliers
- Verifies the conformance to Infineon’s requirements by audits
Your Profile
- With work experience in Supplier Quality Management
- Knowledgeable in Internal Audit and Quality Tools
- Experience in SQM for 5 years is a plus
