Position Summary
The OD Manager is responsible for implementing planned change efforts to improve organizational effectiveness,Ā build a values-driven culture, and promote workplace diversity and inclusion. Supports Global HR and the GlobalĀ Organizational Effectiveness team in championing JFC initiatives and best practices and assists in the facilitation ofĀ organization-wide programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Designs, develops and implements OD programs or interventions related to culture building, changeĀ management, and diversity and inclusion.
- Utilizes various methods to assess individual, team and organizational needs to arrive at informed OD recommendations and solutions.
- Researches and recommends appropriate OD interventions based on sound organizational diagnoses.
- Facilitates and supports Global OD Head on the end-to-end change and transformation programs including the design, development and delivery of communication and change plans.
- Serves as internal OD consultant to Global COEs and Regional HR teams.
- Monitors, updates and analyzes HR/OE/OD metrics of assigned projects and utilizes analytical tools, systems,Ā models/frameworks, or applications to provide value-adding information.
- Closely collaborates and proactively communicates with JFC internal and external partners to ensure effectiveĀ and efficient implementation of assigned HR/OE/OD projects or initiatives.
Position Qualifications
Education:Ā
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resource management or business-related courses, withĀ above average academic performance and participation in extracurricular activities.
- Masters in psychology, human resource management, or related specialization, a plus
Experience:
- At least 5 years work experience in OD or related function with Business Partnering / Account
- Management, preferably in the BEO, QSR, FMCG, or Service-related industry
- Prior professional experience in handling OD, Change Management, Culture Building, and/or Diversity and Inclusion
- Has handled at least 2 major or organization-wide OD or Change Management end-to-end projects (diagnosis, development, implementation and evaluation)

- Strong OD consulting, research and analytical skills
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Account Management / Business Partnering (i.e. inter-organizational coordination, cross-functional team management
Location:
- Must be amenable to working in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup)
