Field Force Capability Analyst

The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation of of Field Force Capability reports, dashboards, analysis and other related matters.Ā He/She will be the point person for the national incentive calculation and will be responsible for coordination with other departments including but not limited to Field Sales, Field Marketing, Channel Planning, P&C and Finance about the data needed for incentive computation.

As the Field Force Capability Analyst, you will:

  • CoordinateĀ with other departments (e.g. Channel Planning and Finance) for the data needed in the incentive computation (targets, actual achievements, and other KPIs).
  • PrepareĀ monthly incentive results, highlighting the effectiveness of sales incentive program to drive behavior and provide analysis versus incentive budget utilization.
  • Arrange and confirm final pay computation of terminated and resigned employees in the field force related to incentives. Coordinate with P&C for any pending cases and SPAR for deduction.
  • Ensures accurate data in reporting to training related activities and incentive calculation.
  • Provides reports needed by sales capability team that may arise from time to time

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in sales and training data management, interpretation, analysis and insights
  • Advance MS Excel proficiency
  • Experience with PowerBI is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
