About The Job

  • Development and qualification of Die Attach process and/or Wirebond for new power semiconductor packages.
  • Lead or support project requirement, design review, tooling DFM and co-work with multi cross-functional teams for new product process development and improvements focusing on Die Attach and/or Wirebond processes.
  • Lead or support review and consolidation of project results for each project phases, failure analysis, and improvement plans.
  • Evaluate Technical feasibility and select suitable suppliers for new process and materials related to Die Attach and /or Wirebond processes. In addition, participates and support supplier selection/qualification and audit activities in conjunction with Global Supply Chain/ Quality / Supplier Development Engineering team.
  • Management of project timeline, resources, and logistics needs, direct and indirect BOM as needed by the project.
  • Support both internal and external technical audit.
  • Act as communication channel between internal stake holders and internal customers.
  • Maintain efficient phase review documentation per APQP and company’s Corporate requirement.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to associate engineers.
  • Cross-functional support to End of Line processes as extended support, for wholistic approach, to help develop a robust process from FOL to EOL.

Occasional international travel for internal knowledge transfer and supplier development/qualification.
