Product Configuration Analyst

Global process owners for Product Configuration and Change Management (PCCM) across Littelfuse business units, operations and plants ensuring processes related to product and process change control are followed and maintained.

About the job:

• Main responsibilities include initial processing of change requests, classifying change types, coordinating change request approvals and process oversight to ensure all product and process change requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

  – Ensure that all changes pertaining to processes, and/or input raw materials and/or supplier changes are properly evaluated, approved, and documented per Littelfuse policies and procedures.
  – Monitor the progress of product changes and requests through the change management module in Aras Innovator.

• Business unit support and management of all changes related to Littelfuse products.

  – Work with business unit and plant coordinators when the issues need resolution
  – Escalate systemic issues when data suggests it is necessary to do so.
  – Manage and monitor the change requests and follow-up for pending tasks needed

• Change Management Tool SME and will provide PCCM-related trainings as needed and maintain the central knowledge base
• Support Aras Innovator PLM system improvements as it relates to product change management
• Supports user questions and troubleshoot problem reports
• Develop Change Management metrics and reports

About you:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree required at a minimum, or equivalent experience (preferably in Engineering, or Science related field)
• Two to five years of related experience
• Database Management Experience
• Knowledge of product support
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and a good working English verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Willing to work in different shifts
