About the job:
- Perform as team leader for the development of circuit protection components and systems.
- Implement products and processes that meet customer requirements, and satisfy cost targets, with manufacturability and quality built into the design
- Document and report the development process, keeping records of all development activities, iterations, targets, and milestones
- Develop and maintain all product development documentation compliant with the Littelfuse product development procedures.
- Communicate progress to and from the product development teams and upper management.
- Ensure during the development of products that quality will be part of the development from material to finished products
- Provide support to customer inquiries
- Provide support for various departmental functions such as developing marketing documents, production transfers, quality initiatives, etc.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- With at least 3 years of related experience in handling Engineering projects in Manufacturing, semiconductor industries
- Deep knowledge of engineering practices
- With Good Leadership and Project Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient deployment of new products using sound project management principles.
- Implement processes that consider manufacturability and quality.
- Satisfy customer requirements in allocated time within an allocated budget.
- Develop and maintain all project documentation as required by APQP and Littelfuse procedures.
- Accurate reporting of project milestones, product & process capability, and quality levels.
