Overview:
The Product Specialist will help in delivering user friendly integration guide documentation and scalable processes involving Enterprise integration journey for our products and services. The Product Management role is a combination of different disciplines, including but not limited to product ownership, requirements analysis, project management, and comprehensive leadership skills.

What you will do:

• Develop innovative products that uniquely serve the needs of partner developers and enterprises.
• Grow our active developer base and influence partners throughout Maya to align resources and prioritization.  
• Develop a deep emotional and technical understanding of the pains and challenges in the developer community and be their champion in driving continuous improvement.
• Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritization, and constraints to ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from concept to launch
• Bridge and harmonize business requirements with technical solutions
• Translate business requirements into granular specifications for engineering/development 
• Conveys the business vision to the technical team, outlining work, and prioritizing it based on business value 
• Assess the threats & opportunities to our business and create a plan of action to maintain a competitive edge for our enterprise products.
• Helps evaluate project objectives and analyzes new business initiatives

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or any related course
• Has over 3 years of product management experience in banking, payments, financial services companies or leading tech companies in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of payments domain and industry, integrated solutions and new financial technologies
• Has solid analytical, technical, and presentation skills
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid operating environment
