Overview:
TheĀ Senior Program Management OfficerĀ is expected to plan, manage, orchestrate, and execute cost-effective and scalable product initiatives that bridge multiple products, business, and technical units. The Senior Project/Program Management Officer role is a multi-disciplinary function that includes and allows growth of product management, business relationship management, and comprehensive leadership skills.
What you will do:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control activities for project/product from prototype stage through sunset. Orchestrate activities needed to be undertaken by key groups and stakeholders, including process stitching.
- Manage constraints on costs, time, and scope and ensure risks and issues are identified, reported, & mitigated.
- Provide timely and transparent information and project status.
- Understand, align, bridge and harmonize business requirements with technical solutions in driving successful delivery of product development initiatives by effectively managing project timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations. Blend of technical expertise, business acumen and project management skills to ensure alignment between product requirements and organizational objectives.
- Set up and manage the day-to-day project deliverables and operations that includes milestones tracking, central point of coordination and control for project activities and deliverables.Ā
- Communicate and collaborate with all project stakeholders to ensure the successful planning, execution and delivery of projects. Youāll understand and address the diverse needs of the program milestones, navigating from simple to complex scenarios to achieve project success. Youāll have a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, supported with a strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to ensure that milestones are delivered with full support of all stakeholders involved.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the domain of program management by being the go-to-resource for specialized knowledge and expertise relevant to the project domain. In addition to traditional project management responsibilities, your role requires in-depth understanding, experience, and proficiency in a specific subject matter area, allowing to provide guidance, insights, and recommendations to support project objectives.
- Develop and assist in the actual on-boarding of program partners that will include devising an on-boarding calendar, relationship managing and assisting in the partnerās end-to-end on boarding process till full integration and operationalization.
- Inspire, motivate and guide the working team towards achieving the project deliverables, milestones and overall goals. You will help navigate uncertainties, overcome obstacles, and lead the team through periods of change or adversity.Ā
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor or masterās degree in a relevant field, with additional certifications or advanced degrees preferred
- 5+ years of experience in program management or related
- Experience with strategic planning, portfolio management and organizational change initiatives
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in risk, stakeholder, financial and contract management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in program management tools and software, as well as advanced analytical skills for program measurement and reporting
- Experience in Investment products/program is a plus
