Job Description:

  • Evaluate root cause of wafer level yield loss
  • Perform bitmap & electrical analysis to determine root cause of an issue. Provide required information for PFA and send wafers to Failure Analysis Laboratory when necessary.
  • Review test program releases.
  • Review yield trends to identify Low yield lots and feedback the issues to Fab, Product owners or probe productions for improvement and fixes.
  • Identify and work with probe engineering on tester, probe and Hardware issues thru data analysis.
  • Disposition lots on hold. Create e-Sign’s, MRB and e-NCRB’s for lot dispositions.
  • Do the calculations for the Yield, SBL, scrap, and RMA limit setting on the system.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • BS or MS Degree (EE/ECE/CoE) or related course
  • New College Graduate
  • Problem solving skills – analyze data using statistical data analysis tools, understanding risk, making decisions.
  • Yield Analysis Other Requirements Knowledge in Wafer Fabrication process.
  • Knowledge in electronics and related subjects.
  • Good command in English both write and speaking.
  • Good people skills – Listening, communication, mentoring and negotiations.
