Job Description

The Database Support Specialist is responsible for leading and managing the Independent Contractor Help Desk, which is responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Independent Contractors of the Last Mile Unit. S/he will also be responsible for developing and implementing projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit.

Main Duties

1. Perform granular analytics and build dashboards of the performance of Independent Contractors.
2. Answer queries and concerns of our independent contractor helpdesk
3. Manage the database of payroll, per parcel rates, and other incentives of Independent Contractors
4. Improve the unit’s policies and processes using the data obtained by the Fleet Support Specialist and/or the Performance Analytics Team
5. Penetrate different rider groups and markets to generate leads for the Resource Management Team.
6. Stay up-to-date on fleet management trends and best practices


  • BS/BA Degree in any field / Preferred is Industrial Engineering Course (since it covers Data Analytics curriculums)
  • Also open to fresh graduates with background with Pareto, Pivot and other data management
  • Experience in logistics or e-commerce industries is preferred
  • Relevant work experience in office administration and management
  • Data Presentation, Data and Metrics Interpretation
  • Proficient in Word, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Presentation tools
  • Spoken and written fluency in both English and Tagalog
  • Computer literate
  • Must be a true team player able to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Can work under pressure and keen on timelines and operational deadlines
  • Able to work independently and with little to no supervision
