JOB DESCRIPTION

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record and input employee hours worked into Kronos system. Maintain Kronos system data and update/modify if necessary to ensure accurate payment of employee salaries based on the actual worked days or hours.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll adjustments and employee benefits.
  • Responsible for monitoring employees’ timekeeping and addressing any attendance-related concerns.
  • Monitors the AWOL data from the timekeeping system and report to respective Department for further disciplinary action.
  • Working closely with various teams including Finance for processing of payroll and related documentation.
  • Communicates effectively to employees’ queries and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirement submissions and has a good network with government agencies (SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, and BIR).
  • Process company benefits for employees related to time off such as but not limited to sick leave, vacation leave, paternity leave, bereavement leave and, disability. 
  • Responsible for the administration of employee benefits programs such as enrollment for group health insurance and well-being initiatives.
  • Validates and monitor employee rewards such as but not limited to Sparks of Brilliance, Subject Matter Expert and Perfect quality.
  • Prepares timekeeping and rewards report as necessary
  • Manage the processing for off-boarding or exit-related activities.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Employee is required to conduct business with the highest legal and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrate decision-making skills that ensure the safety of all persons associated with onsemi Cebu facilities
  • Other duties as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES

Experience:

  • 1-2 Years of experience in related field or position

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong mathematical and computation skills
  • Knowledge of or ability to learn new payroll software programs
  • Extensive use of Microsoft Office including knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
  • Ability to resolve conflicts in a courteous and pleasant manner
