As Digital Trade Deployment team, you will be in thrust into the new frontier of Trade Engagement, with digital at the core of everything you do. We will need your creativity and agility to bring to life our sales strategies and provide our partner retailers with hard-working and exciting communications via Appwards. You will ensure smooth planning and development of Digital Trade Engagement (DTE) communication campaigns directed towards retailer audience.

Design and Development

• Collaborate and strategize with stakeholders within the Digital Trade team on a wide range of assets such as banners and motion graphic assets for web-based platforms, social media, messaging applications; offline merchandising materials (flyers, etc).
• Translate strategy into high-quality art direction and design while ensuring materials are in line with brief and brand identity
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, animations, and simple videos for web-based platform and social media
• In collaboration with project leads, apply learnings on asset creation and development
• Be abreast on latest trends on content and apply on creative development

Project Management

• Establish SLAs, process and timings for asset development
• Maintain database of asset specifications and photos / images

QA and Testing

• Do quality check for assets prior to deployment
• Support platform executions through end-to-end experiential testing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or any design-related course
• 2-3 years’ related work experience preferably in an advertising or creative agency doing creative development for digital (website assets, social media content) and offline projects
• Proficient in various design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign). Working knowledge on CSS, HTML and JavaScript, not required but preferred.
• Exceptional creativity and design skills with strong attention to detail
• Organized, good project management and time management skills
• Must provide portfolio of sample creative work
