What you’ll be doing:

1. A key position which manages the Supply Chain introduction of new products through application of the New Product Development process. Oversees assigned CFT categories (Fragrance, Colors)
2. Assists site Manager/Head in managing NPI team which includes Package Engineers at various levels.
3. Collaborates with Global & Local R&D, Marketing and Supply Chain operating functions in driving efficiencies in product design and make ready for new and improved products on time at the agreed quality and cost.
4. Responsible for resolving packaging component related issues and challenges.
5. Develops and maintains accurate product data including component spec, BOM, IMF, etc.
6. Fosters and maintains good relationships with component suppliers to ensure on time component availability with agreed quality and cost. Collaborate with internal operating function in supporting suppliers to improve their technical capabilities, quality and cost and deliver associated benefits to Avon.
7. Supports Global and Local R&D Leads on continuous improvement and cost savings projects.
8. Assists site Manager on planning and managing departmental budget.
9. Supervises a Package Engineer I/II in terms of NPI operational tasks and career development
