SUPPLY PLANNING ANALYST

Analyzes moderately complex master data to ensure that identified manufacturing targets are met. Identifies areas where processes and/or production are not operating optimally. Analysis may focus on Bill of Material (BOM), work center, routing, production version, scrap, etc.

About the job:

  • Analyzes master data to determine if manufacturing targets can and/or are being met. (60%)
  • Identifies ways to improve production costs and/or timing. Recommendations may focus on the materials/components for manufacturing, routing/sequence of operations, manufacturing machinery, etc. (25%)
  • Proposes solutions to improve current process flows or manufacturing processes. (10%)
  • Works with the manufacturing team to understand production needs. (5%)
  • Other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Education: Bachelor or university degree
  • Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes
  • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
