Job Description:

SuperviseĀ movement of both Production and NPI lots under the assigned product line. This requires management of direct labor associated with such task. Operators, Materials Handlers and/or Lead Operators.Ā Ā Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Start-of-shift production calibration to cover critical announcements and quality issuesĀ with operators.Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  MonitorĀ performance forĀ each and everyĀ personnel under their umbrella.Ā Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Promote,Ā identify and recommend quality initiatives to boostĀ employeesĀ morale.Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Perform/coordinate any needed TMS (time and motion study) with IE as needed to update the standards andĀ finally,Ā the capacity templateĀ 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Maintains resource needs by working with HR, PC and IE.Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Plan, manage risk, and implement production schedule and manpower deployment on a monthly rotation basis. Also involves cross training to other product lines and /or stations to augment immediate needsĀ onĀ capacityĀ increaseĀ 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  DevelopĀ flexibilityĀ andĀ trainingĀ programs forĀ operators.Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Weekly KPIĀ monitoring,Ā assessment, and improvement (as needed) to attain continuous improvement on the Production aspect of manufacturing.Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Implement continuous improvement programs related to productivity, quality, cost reductions, and automation (as applicable)Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Handle CIP (ContinuousĀ Improvement Program) project for QFN Ā team and represent the team during the weekly CIP reviews.Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Implement and adhere with the company policy and guiding values.Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Reports to Master supervisor II

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), or Electronics Engineering (ECE) or equivalent technical courses

Work ExperienceĀ Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  MinimumĀ 5Ā yearsĀ experienceĀ in a manufacturing industry,Ā both manual and automatic processes.Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  ManagementĀ of at least 25 direct labors on a per shift basis.Ā 

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Preparably handles die prep process on previous Job

Ā·Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā  Knowledge in Die Prep ( back grindĀ  / wafer saw / wafer/die visual / Ā TNR (bare die)
