What does the role require?

Honestly, the role of an Athena Executive Partner is limitless. 

There isn’t a ‘one description fits all’ as the role is wonderfully varied based on our clients’ needs. Athena XPs, in addition to the below day-to-day requirements, have planned weddings, organized dinner parties, forged new friendships and business relationships, developed new skills like web design, and produced podcasts – and that’s just to name a few. 

Day-to-day requirements:

• Optimize your client’s time and priorities to help them reach their ambitious goals
• Take ownership and manage calendars and scheduling 
• Research and develop plans for your client’s personal and professional growth
• Surprise and delight your client by demonstrating initiative 
• Build rapport with your client’s network and team and help to manage these important relationships 
• Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and social media

What is needed to have a successful career as an Athena XP?

• Whilst we invest in your training and development, you will need to provide your own device.
• Upon successful completion of your training, you will be issued an Athena MacBook.
• RAM minimum: 8GB (however 16GB is recommended)
• For Laptop: 8th generation (8000 series) Core i5 or better; AMD Ryzen series processors
• For Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above. If Core i3 – 10th generation or higher.
• For Mac: Core i5 – 2017 or higher Core i7 – 2016 or higher (not recommended : Core i3)
• A suitable work-from-home space in the Philippines
• Internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) at a time that suits your client (often PH evenings)
• Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project management tools/apps
• Preferably experienced with online/remote/virtual work, however not essential
• A charismatic ‘can do’ attitude

• To this: – Earn up to Php 46,000 per month once matched with a client. Paid weekly. This includes: Base Pay, Meal Allowance, Rice Allowance, Clothing Allowance, Laundry Allowance, Medicine Allowance
• Paid high-touch training; All-in Php 30,000 training allowance package for a maximum of 6 weeks. Paid Weekly
• HMO coverage on the third week from hire date (max benefits limit of PHP 200,000 per year for the Athena contractor) with one free dependent and options to add additional dependents at a cost. Pre-existing conditions are covered
• Maximum benefit limit of Php 100,000 per year for the dependent/s
• Company-paid sessions with a Psychologist, Psychiatrist, and or Life Coach
• Optical benefits, medicine reimbursement, and pet support program
• Weekly pay via money transfer
• Performance and impact-based cash bonuses
