Job Description:

Manage core operations such as resourcing/staffing, recruitment, limited financial processes depending on current authority, project deliveries, strategic operational plans, establishing and accomplishing company goals or KRAs. – Handles both Manufacturing and Engineering team.

  • OPERATIONS – Monitor, plan, and add resource requirements as driven by business demands, both manpower and equipment. – Ensure products are delivered on time while meeting the company metrics such as quantity, cycle time, and OCD (original commitment date), and doing so at cost-effective means. – Work on continuous improvement of company metrics. – Coach, counsel, and perform performance appraisals
  • COMMUNICATION – Ability to liaise between multi-cultural groups, between local operations and business unit counterparts. – Do the same monitoring and coordination with subcon and subcon ops. – Good vocal communication with good ability to understand and interpret spoken information.
